It is easy to take an over the counter painkiller to relieve a headache, or a muscle relaxer to relieve tension but how many of those pills do you actually take in a day, week or even a month? For most with stressful lives who suffer from tension you probably do not even realise how reliant on them you can become. Something you may not know is that some of those pills may even be causing the recurrence of your pain, for instance, a rebound headache!

Now we all know there are benefits to drinking seven to eight glasses of water a day! But did you know that water is one of nature’s most natural painkillers and works for us in a number of different ways?
